How billing works
When am I charged?
On the 1st of every month. If you join mid-month, your first charge is prorated so you only pay for the days you have.
Is there a commitment?
3 months minimum. After that, stay month to month and cancel any time.
Do unused classes roll over?
Class credits reset on the 1st with your billing cycle — 4 each month. Same for your 2 B12 shots.
Can perks be combined?
The 11% peptide discount and the 11% birthday treatment can't be stacked with each other, and the birthday discount can't be combined with member Jeuveau pricing. Everything else stacks freely.
Do I need a consultation first?
For aesthetic services, yes — every treatment starts with a consultation and a good-faith evaluation confirming you're an appropriate candidate. Classes and events need no consult.
