Your first sound bath
What actually happens?
You lie down, fully clothed, and do nothing. Crystal bowls and chimes are played around the room. The sound does the work — most people drift somewhere between awake and asleep.
Do I need experience?
None. There's nothing to perform and nothing to get right. If you can lie still for an hour, you can do this.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and layers — body temperature drops when you settle. Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.
How does member priority work?
Members can reserve from the portal as soon as an event is posted. Remaining spots open to the public later, and popular events often fill before that.
